Who this policy covers
This site is run by Aiden Hibbard, trading as HibbTech, based in London, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, HibbTech is the data controller for the information described below. Any questions about this policy can be sent to hello@hibbtech.com.
What information is collected
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The subject and message you enter
- Your budget range, if you choose to select one
This site does not use cookies, and does not run any analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, saved locally on your device. It is never sent anywhere and cannot be used to identify you.
How it's used
Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: to read and reply to your enquiry. Your details are never sold, rented, or used for marketing without your separate consent.
Who it's shared with
Submitting the contact form sends an email via Brevo, an email-delivery service that acts as a data processor for HibbTech and handles the message in transit. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) as part of running the hosting infrastructure. Neither Brevo nor Vercel is authorised to use your information for their own purposes.
How long it's kept
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of client communication, then deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@hibbtech.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your information has been mishandled.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will change too. Significant changes will be reflected clearly on this page.
